Refund and Returns Policy

Optimus Metals (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to providing our customers with high-quality metal products and services. However, we understand that situations may arise where a return or refund is necessary. This policy outlines the guidelines for returning products and requesting refunds for our metal products and services.

Metal Products:

• Non-Custom Orders:

  • We accept returns of unopened, unused, and undamaged standard stock metal products (e.g., pipes, plates, TMT bars) within 30 days of purchase.
  • A restocking fee of 15% may apply to cover processing and handling costs.
  • Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We will issue a full refund for the product cost, minus any restocking fees, within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.

• Custom Orders:

  • Due to the custom nature of fabrication projects and cut-to-length products, returns and refunds are typically not possible.
  • However, we will work with you to address any issues with your custom order.
  • Please contact us immediately if you have any concerns about your custom product.

Services:

• Fabrication Services:

  • Due to the nature of the fabrication process, we do not offer refunds on completed projects.
  • However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will work diligently to address any concerns you may have with the quality of workmanship.
  • If an issue arises during the fabrication process, we will communicate with you and seek your approval before proceeding.

• Elevator Installation Services:

  • We offer a warranty on our elevator installations.
  • In the event of a warranty issue, we will repair or replace the faulty component at no additional cost.
  • We do not offer refunds for completed elevator installations.

General Conditions:

• All returned products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
• We reserve the right to deny a return or refund if the product is not returned in accordance with our policy.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@optimusmetals.in within the specified timeframe for the product category.
• We will provide you with further instructions on how to return the product.
